Return & Satisfaction Policy

Balls generally ship the next business day. All balls are shipped via regular First Class Mail through the United States Postal Service. If the ball does not arrive to the recipient or if the ball arrives damaged we will resend the ball at no charge. If the ball is returned for "insufficient address" due to an improper address provided by the sender, the sender will need to repay a shipping and handling fee of $5.

We cannot be responsible for delayed delivery by the USPS.
